成立於1992年，有巴克斯頓德比兩個主要校區。德提供300多個學習課程以及短期和基礎課程。由四大學院組成：Business,Computing & Law、Arts,Design & Technology、Education,Health & Sciences、Buxton校區學院。每所學院都在獨立研究小組的監督下提供各種課程。
