創校於1989年，前身為Global Village English  Centres (GV)，於2011年正式改名為Lexis English，在全澳洲擁有6間分校，除布里斯本校區外，其它校區均座落在美麗的濱海小鎮，是澳洲當地人的私房景點。在Lexis，學生不單單只學習英文，還可以感受澳洲人的真實生活。濱海分校的Lexis榮獲歐美學生首選的語言學校。學校裡的教職員，對待學生們像家人般，熱情提供協助與引領，讓學生很快適應澳洲新生活。此外，學校每個月規劃相當多元精彩的課後活動，其中也包括就業準備工作坊(Job Workshop)，對於打工度家的背包客們很有實質上的幫助。
